Our Baltimore office is located on the West side of Baltimore, just off of Interstate 695, the Baltimore Beltway, and just north of Interstate 70.

From the North, via Interstate 695 South (Outer Loop):

• Take Exit 17 West, Security Boulevard
• Bear right off the exit ramp and go west on Security Boulevard
• At the first traffic light turn right onto Belmont Avenue
• Go past the Burger King and the storage warehouse, and turn left into the parking lot for the building marked “1718”. If you reach another traffic light, you’ve gone too far!
• Suite G is located approximately in the middle of the building

From the South, via Interstate 695 North (Inner Loop):

• Take Exit 17, West, Security Boulevard
• Following the sign towards Rolling Road, bear left off the exit ramp, going west on Security Boulevard
• At second traffic light turn right onto Belmont Avenue
• Go past the Burger King and the storage warehouse, then turn left into the parking lot for the building marked “1718”. If you reach another traffic light, you’ve gone too far!
• Suite G is located approximately in the middle of the building

From the West, via Interstate 70 East:

• Follow I70 East until it ends! Cross over I695; do not exit onto the Baltimore Beltway
• At the very end of I70, take the last exit which reads “Security Boulevard West”
• Follow Security Boulevard West until it goes back under the Baltimore Beltway (I695)
• After going under the Beltway, at the second traffic light turn right onto Belmont Avenue
• Go past the Burger King and the storage warehouse, then turn left into the parking lot for the building marked “1718”. If you reach another traffic light, you’ve gone too far!
• Suite G is located approximately in the middle of the building

From Maryland and Southern Virginia:

• Take I-495 (Beltway) North towards Tysons Corner VA, cross into Virginia
• Take Exit 47B -Route 7 East toward Falls Church (note this may be your first exit after joining the beltway)
• Drive approximately 3.2 miles to downtown Falls Church City
• Turn RIGHT (S Washington St) at the intersection of Route 7 and Route 29
• Turn RIGHT (Annandale Rd) at the next light – after you turn Bowl America over to your left (200 yards)
• Turn RIGHT into the car park just before the light; this is the back of the FCA Tech building
• If the car park is full, park over in the Bowl America car park on the RIGHT side of the building

From Washington DC:

• Take I-66 WEST to Exit 69 Sycamore Street
• Bear RIGHT off the ramp
• Drive 0.2 miles to the 2nd traffic light
• At this intersection, turn LEFT onto Lee Highway (Rte 29 South)
• Drive one mile on Lee Highway/Washington St (Rte 29 South)
• Cross over the next intersection (Rte 29 and Rte 7/Broad St)
• Turn RIGHT (Annandale Rd) at the next light – after you turn Bowl America over to your left (200 yards)
• Turn RIGHT into the car park just before the light; this is the back of the FCA Tech building
• If the car park is full, park over in the Bowl America car park on the RIGHT side of the building

From Western Virginia:

• Take I-66 EAST towards Washington DC
• Take Exit 62 Nutley Street
• Take Nutley Street SOUTH towards Fairfax
• Turn LEFT onto Route 29 North (Lee Highway)
• Drive approximately 4 miles on Route 29 – Lee Highway becomes Washington Street
• Turn LEFT onto Annandale Road at the light
• Drive 0.2 miles and as you come up to the next light you will see Bowl America over to your left
• Turn RIGHT into the car park just before the light; this is the back of the FCA Tech building
• If the car park is full, park over in the Bowl America car park on the RIGHT side of the building

From Metro Rail:

• Take the ORANGE line to EAST Falls Church Metro
• Take the bus transfer from EAST Falls Church Metro to the corner of West Broad St (Rte 7) & Washington St (Rte 29)

• From the bus stop walk down S Washington St (100 yards) to 150 S Washington; marked the Marcoin Building
